Arlene, she knew there were even more daily tasks that frustrated and confused consumers when they tried to find technology to solve their problems. She was frustrated that most services continued to require do-it-yourself smarts, using tools most often designed for 18-to-35-year-old men. 

What if a different demographic—those who run busy families—became the focus of innovation?
